Are you using Xampp, or Wamp?

If you are using Xampp go into the Php folder, and then go into the php.ini.
Press Ctrl + F and search mssql, once you get to the FIRST ONE ONLY, delete the ; infront of it.

Make sure Apache is running, it may be something different with Wamp.

    Recomendation: Use Xampp.

Yah, without Apache running http://localhost won't work.

Try doing http://121.0.0.1 , you never know it might work. :P

121.0.0.1 is the same as localhost, btw.

    Re: Website problem

FtwHoly, what fixed my issue was a program was blocking it. This program for me that was blocking it was TeamViewer, once I shut teamviewer off, Apache worked. If you aren't running TeamViewer and it still doesn't start, there may be a other program blocking it from starting.
