sad weird error in registration page with connection to mssql (official)

Hey i started using the official files since yesterday and now i want to make a register page. i searched the forums for a good one but when i put it in my web server and open it, it says: The MSSQL extension is not enabled on your PHP. Enable it on your php.ini and try again.

I already enabled the TCP and NAME things in the mssql configuration and i also enabled it in my wamp server. but i still got this error :S
I tryed a few register pages but none of them works.. some of them give an error about enable mssql and some of them just give a white screen :S

I also tryed other webpages like login, ranking and server stats with the amount of accounts. But then i get the same problems :S

    Please help me D:

Go to ur webserver. Find a file named php.ini and search for mssql in it. When you find it - remove the ; before its name.

I already fixed it by downloading xampp. wamp was blocking the mssql functions :)
