What can cause Neuz crash while opening tha map?

I can open the map, but when im choosing "World Map" or another area in the map the game is freeze become white and then the neuz crash.What can cause it?

Wrong section I'd assume this is more of a help thing...

Double check your log folder for errors after you client crash or run the client through DEBUG....
I'd personally assume it's either missing the map file or something is wrong with the source side code
check the "__IMPROVE_MAP_SYSTEM" and or the APP_MAP_EX resdata... can't be of much more help, perhaps someone else can.
