what do people need to download to get on our sever?

hello i'm worndring what files people have to download to get on to my private sever can soem 1 help??

1.they need flyff client patched to the version your are using
2.Res files needed for that version(release section)
3.Neuz_no_GG.exe(release again)
4.A launcher,patcher or simple loader.bat (release)
5.Your server IP in their neuz.ini
