What FlyFF Version do you like the most?

Well I must say, I feel pretty damn nostalgic when I remember skill spamming to level them up, S4(PK) Flaris loadlight, getting my first green :O! (Steel Knuckles :>), Power Dice system... Bleh :<

Flyff wasn't exactly better back then (~v6/7), eFlyff was, not Flyff overall.
Back then I could have best equipment around by just playing the game, now I'd need to spend around $2k real money just to get decent equipment and keep up with others.

So to sum this up, v17 > other versions purely due to the fact that there is much more things to do for players. Community wise v6/ early v7 was best (mainly young servers like Glaphan).


Oh and private servers suck :>
Their players to be more exact, they got no idea how to play and they don't even realize they suck.
My favorite eFlyff's quality is that it purifies noobishness by I'd say.. level 105?
Well as of v17 I'd say by Master.

I don't like any versions of eFlyff, but they seem to work out all the time on pservers. I joined in v11 so I can't say much about the older versions, but I don't care about them either.

It actually was a bit more confusing back then. Like, wtf is a powerdice and wtf is a brown? If you're active(like play every week or w/e) then the new updates are pretty simplistic.

I like the bounty hunting/prison/karma.
Balanced classes <3
no awakenings and blessings
Collecting was also better.
Skill training was also cool.
And the need to quest to level instead of grinding.

v5/6/. Although, v17/v6 hybrid with no hero/master system, S4 PK, duel arena, skill spamming, large and decent community, and more tweaks would be an ideal flyff for me. I wish offical flyff would do it (won't happen), instead of a private server.

And remantis, holy/ress scroll, were working in v6 im pretty sure. you can add newer features into the v5 files, but you'll need the source to make a v17/v6 hybrid.

My opinion goes to V17.
The more features, the merrier.
Although I do not agree 100% with all the changes that Flyff went through, it became lots more awesome. Just as dLethal said, if eFlyff still would be on V7, it'd be totally dead now.
Since it's V16/V17, it got some awesome new features; Colosseum, 3rd Jobs, new glows, etc.

V5~V7 sure was fun, but game's gotta evolve to keep up with the competition.
