nvm got it working xD elements of v5 were <3 D:

What a Version of microsoft sql server do I have to use because on mine the database w'ont work :S

Edit: All Server work fine but I'm to stupid in adding the ip to neuz xD

Database.ini just hex edit and look for c:\neurospace\script\databaseserver.ini or just put the files there.. for the ip hex edit and look for 192.168 ( or something like that, i forgot which ip he left in ) and edit to 127.0.0.1

Yes I had handled these 2 things on my own :D
But now I have a problem with the characters
when i creat a character the character is not created and i can't connect to the worldserver
Now I am trying to find out where I got the problem but I think I can handle it on my own ;D

Ok I dunno why but all time i get a database error...
For sure: i cant login with a character i made because this character is not shown in the game.
when i creat a character he dont appear in the character select login...
Could somebody help me?

It's not harder than setting up v15 binaries, just use MisterKid's character db. If you can't create a character, look at the logs to see whats wrong with the database, there's probably some messed up procedure.

I tried all out and can't find my fault. Btw V 15 is no big thing with all the tutorials...
Allways when I accomplished the db of MisterKid I get an advice in Microsoft SQL Management Studio.

I removed the * from the *= in the .sql file and then I got no advice. All Server worked without an error. But like I said before when I create a character he is not shown in the login window.
As Account db I used the V11 db.

Then I tried to overwrite the v11 character db with the db of MisterKid. There i got no advice in the management studio but i got an error with the databaseserver...
Whatever I tried to login but with this error wasn't able to come to the window for creating a character.


I have no more ideas what I could try that this will work.

Okay, I used the v11 databases too. For the character db, delete it and create a new database, go to properties > options > set compatibility to 80. Then you need to set up the filegroups for the character db, which you know how to do right? Then execute the query and name the database Character01.

Nothing is 100% safe, someone hacked into the database of the officials recently... so v15 isn't much safer. I tested Augmentation and termination already and it doesn't work in v5, the buff stack glitch probably does though. Aeonsoft was always changing the structure of the packets, so bugs that work in later versions may not work in v5.

I didn't found the compatibility... now I got it :D

The files are clean, just as the rest of his releases. The only thing which had something were the source, wasn't it an undefinded forcekill or something? Theese files are just here to help other developers on similar projects.

:P Anyway I request for sticky since these are the only/first version 5 release bineary's.

This release will help lots of people who still works on their own emulators.

I found a backdoor. noobs who download this will eventually cry.

Version 5 binaries have been released here before.

There is no backdoor really x.x if you don't trust it go away.
