WorldServer doesn't end up loading.

Hey everyone!
I recently moved the server files, and changed the ip's in the .ini's, because we decided to just go Hamachi until we fix our Port Forwarding issue.

For some reason, now the WorldServer.exe never loads, even after running it in Windows Xp3 compatibility mode, and running it in Administrator.

Does anyone know how to fix the problem?
