I think V.75 is the best imo.
It matters not. More people will play when you use v83, that's the trend these days.
Just try both if you have the time. v75 is 'apparently' more stable whereas v83 is the newest version updated so far for release

OT: If you have a v75 and people see v83.. well they will right away go to v83, because of the new features.
Good: v40GMS BETA, v55/v53, v90GMS, v88GMS, v1.06SEA
Bad: v75, v83
Q: Why is v83 bad?
A: Over usage!
Bankai is dead compared to what it used to be. Now all the players are singaporean, like most of AuraSea.
Also, the reason UMaple is #1 is because of aurasea.
v83. Cygnus knights are useless, if you're going to have them in your server might as well throw in Aran.
The new features (like Players showing up in NPC dialog) can be good for server content.
If your a leecher like most here then either of these versions is the same because you wont make much out of it anyway.
If your experienced or trying to learn then the latest versions (v99/v1.0.6.2) for sure, why? less competition and more content.
You can't call everyone a leecher if they ask what version is more suitable...please stick back on the topic
v99 is pretty complex if someone just wants to start the server and enjoy the 'private server' experience. As I said before...try v75 before v83
I'd go with v83 but that's my opinion. If you're looking for members, v83 will beat v75. Just how it is.
