v83, a larger quantity of people will want to become a part of mainly because of newer features and what not.
v75, make it overpower v83 statistics while still catching their eye, not gradually letting them think v83 is always the best...
v83 the trendiest ... and is the easiest to make as well.
V83 is best though there are a lot of v83s out there so you would need creative ideas to make your server outstand from the rest
