Join Today!Anybody can rip the sites using HTTrack or an alternative program.
The fact that it's maplestory isn't really relevant here. What makes a "maplestory" website are the images, and some text. Other than that, any MapleCMS can be repurposed for something else.
The thing that's going on here is that people are stealing someone's hard work, and that shouldn't be allowed (in my opinion).

To the wonderful community of Alternate Languages. Ripping websites is arguably the douchiest move out there. It's stealing someone's hard work. I'm not going to say any names here, but to the two people releasing these sites, STOP. Anybody can rip the sites using HTTrack or an alternative program. As a general rule of thumb, don't release a site until the server is down for good.
tl;dr: HTML ripped websites should not be allowed in the Released section.
You're still butt hurt about that? I told people to stop doing ripping sites. I removed my link to your CMS in a matter of 20 minutes. So yes, I did "take" my own advice.
Keep it clean guys, but be aware that leaks are allowed at Ragezone yeah?
