I made this design a few weeks ago. It was a temporary registration site for ProjectIKMX, until their new design was finished. Thus the Project | Maple header. I've been looking at the design for about an hour now and I'm not sure what I should start with. I can easily make the features for the CMS, but what I need help with from you guys is the design. There are tons of things I could do to this design to make it better. Give me some fresh ideas for the design. Once I fully finish the design, I'll release it. The quicker I get some ideas, the quicker it will be available:D

Very plain, very simple.
Don't judge :D it only took about an hour and a half to make the design. (Laziness:P)
The appearance is coded fully in CSS. The functions are in PHP and the time at the top is coded in JavaScript.
As I said before, I will work on the features later. The look and feel of the design is what needs to be worked on. Keep in mind that i most likely won't be adding Maple Images to the CMS, because lots of servers are getting DMCA letters because of the copyrighted images.
Anyhow, tell me what you think and what I should improve.
