Text looks way too dark for the color scheme.
Well; to be honest this whole cms looks....... not really unique or anything of the sort, i hope this isn't the final version.
again, the color scheme is horrible the navbar and the home button/home icon looks misplaced it's like it's there for no reason. the way you have your boxes curved makes me sort of go o_o ,
My suggestions; take the whole CMS recolor it, and then simply re-design it.
If you need help with programming the website i can always give you a hand.

A CMS or content management system is defined as a script or website that allows a user to add and delete content without use of html or php code. The fact that this does not do that as a purpose would imply that this is NOT a CMS and more of a web page.

OT: This design would look much, much nicer if you removed the black boxes behind each item. Also, make the yellow boxes centered under the nav bar.
o_o I like it. The background and the content color suits very well together. Try to make the width of the navigation bar the same as the content itself. Sidebar has to be moved just a bit to the top to be perfectly aligned with the content. Keep working on it. It's good. ;)

Still makes no sense. If this "CMS" allows the user to create/edit news and events or show rankings, it is a CMS.
Also, stop spamming this on multiple dev threads, it's pretty annoying.

And the fact of the matter is, this forum is filled with youngins and very unnatractive projects..
Not that the current layout of my CMS isn't the crappiest thing out of crapville. As it most certainly is. It's still better than most of these "projects".

I liked Rev 1 but rev 2 was a buzzkill.

A project is a project.
Therefore, you can not change the fact that it is still a project no matter how you mention it.
And the last time I checked,
your CMS was actually pretty crappy.
It's a very common layout, and a lot of people use it.
I don't see anything special from it.
Regardless, good job on this CMS.
It's looking great from 9 hours of work only.
