Search for it. There's many like Mybb, Vbulletin, IPB, XenForo, phpBB and most likely plenty more. For the licensed forums, just buy it or find a nulled version (high chance of getting DMCA'd or something by that forum provider).

I've got a nulled version, but it's against the rules to release it, is it not?

There's nowhere to put their server name on, plus almost ever ragezoner saw this post and I doubt anyone could believe the leecher, also I check most of the servers sometimes.

Just because they don't have anywhere to put their name on it doesn't mean they still can't take credit for it. 900 Views on this thread < 9000 Views on MapleBit. I don't think almost 'every' member on ragezone has seen it, some.

Many players, will often believe the owner or the provider as they are interested of playing the server and not viewing 'Forum Rank Titles'.

Btw, that's not the only way they can rape you, some VPS/Dedi/WebHost providers forbid nulled scripts and often have a detector for nulled scripts, if they manage to catch you (they will) they'll report you to that forum provider AND they will either remove your host or they may remove just that folder in the host (unlikely).
