Last time, I did it was a completely shit...this time its a full revamped version, 10x faster loading, save server bandwidth and easy to be modify in such a quick way.

Most of the separated images are combined into one single image as sprites, which can save a lot of bandwidth.

For example you can use border for the navigation, main container, Control Panel, and footer too. and for the rounded corners you can use border radius and if needed you can either use gradient overlay
i can show you some examples, if you want just PM me ;)
