[Web] Minor edits to PwnedCMS

All released in one download, this release was made from PwnedCMS.

This was originally released as D.ChaosMS EX's Website with all the images of D.ChaosMS EX's site but it was deleted due to a report claiming it was the work of the owner.
I contributed to the original release (edits of scripts), therefore I can release it whenever and however I wish... just without the images.

I modified it so it looks slightly different than the one that was deleted so it doesn't go against his wishes so here we go! It has my sense of style and it's obviously not completed.
Note: The download images aren't necessarily his, it was just the blue download image who's saturation/hue and what not changed.
