Umm, your error seems that you do not have install.php. Maybe you should check in the install folder whether do you have that folder?..O.o

When i have voted i get an error when i come to the next page after clicking "submit".

PS: Probably easy to fix but i have no experience at all with PHP.

I changed the Install.php to Install.lock o.o

Just go to the main page and everything will be fine..lol which is http://5.0.254.109 << your IP I guess?

Yea, once you've renamed it to install.lock, you can just go to the main page.
