When i do this, It goes perfectly, BUT when someone registers an account, It goes to this (On a different page)
Unknown column 'gm' in 'field list'
I set it up, and I see it when I got to localhost/registration/
but if someone was to go to myip/registration/ nothing happenes. Why is that
(66.177.116.49/registration/)
@iDeluxe
It doesn't work that way, you still have to find a host. Either no-ip, etc etc. I prefer hamachi though.
Thanks for skipping me.
Anyways if you wish to try, go here
5.195.220.254
@Twister
Do you still get the problem? If you still, I'll be back at you later
Yes i still get the problem.
And thanks. ^_^
I need help. I put it in the www folder, go to 5.59.34.88 (My hamachi) and it doesnt work. I even tried DynDNS and that doesnt work with my ip or my hamachi ip.
Edit: Oh yea I did the Wamp server thing
uuh it work for me but just with my local ip (127.0.0.1)
how am i supossed to use the hamachi ip? like this?
5.197.162.52
but that doesnt work
and another friend tried it and doesnt work
can you explain alittle more please? :D
What does it say your IP is on Hamachi? That is what you must type into the Address bar. BUT You must ALSO start the wamp. (Meaning turn on the server)
why do i get this error:
Warning: mysql_num_rows(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource in C:\wamp\www\index.php on line 80
Warning: mysql_num_rows(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource in C:\wamp\www\index.php on line 82
?
You doesn't have an index page.
Make sure your MySQL service is running.
Other user can just access through http://globalIP/registration
if they getting page not found, it most probably with your Port 80 or firewall, just make sure nothing is blocking your incoming and outgoing traffic.
I believe using Hamachi IP is also fine, I haven't test it with other computer but you can try it.
Check the script, something wrong with the query.
can you tell me more? i dont know what to add in the spaces and if im either suppose to add it or not, ty for helping. I'll rep you.
Im new at http.... so i dont know much.
The rep thingy is already removed for don't know how long ago.
