If I were to use my regualar ip, would I need to portforward for people to go onto my site?

    1. Click here to download this and extract it into /GD/images/wz/.
    2. Extract install/emblem.zip to GD/images/emblem/.

    This step is the http://127.0.0.1

    where to get emblem.zip?

Try using wampserver and make sure your database.php is the same as your database on mysql with password username and all that.
