403 Forbidden
Every time I attempt to access my website I get the error - 403 Forbidden; You don't have permission to access / on this server.
I am using AltairCMS with the configuration fully edited with my WAN IP and port 80 is port forwarded. WAMP is also online and green.
This is the error in my Apache log.
[Sun Jan 13 15:27:11.559127 2013] [authz_core:error] [pid 5144:tid 844] [client 96.41.9.130:51484] AH01630: client denied by server configuration: C:/wamp/www/
EDIT: I can access it just fine with localhost and 127.0.0.1. But my WAN-IP will not connect.
What could my problem possibly be?

Re: 403 Forbidden
Could be your httpd.conf under Apache in wamp.

Re: 403 Forbidden
If your wanip won't connect, then it's most likely that you don't have access to the server. If your 127.0.0.1 and localhost work on wamp, I feel httpd.conf is fine. You'll most likely need to add an exception for your wanip/ipv4 ip in phpmyadmin. Just give it all privileges.

Re: 403 Forbidden
I've had this problem before, I went into my router firewall settings and allowed my ip address to be accessible to the outside world.
Try getting your IP and connecting to it that way. Example; 216.94.23.12. Also, any ip address that begins with 192.*.*.*, is designated by your router and wouldn't be accessible to the outside world.
