MapleBit Problem, could use some help!

[STRIKE]I will be honest i have never put together a website i just started learning about everything yesterday, I'm sure it is really simple fix but i need help!

Okay so I'm working with someone to create a Website for our new server, We got the domain name, CPanel etc I uploaded the CMS..

When it goes to install, I'm not sure what information to put in the database fields.

I know this is a "LOL" Question but i could honestly use some help with this.

I uploaded the Database, but We plan on getting a vps so Do i have to wait and do everything after we get the vps set up? Or is it possible to set up the website without it?

I'm a newb, forgive me.[/STRIKE]
