I've not actually tried myself. If you simply use an up to date domain.data (client-side) from 'official PWi' then you will get the error in my first post. I don't know first-hand that having a matching server side domain.sev - client side domain.data -- if it would work or not. However, I have seen the creator of this domain.sev editor say that editing/having the proper matching domain.data -&- domain.sev is not enough in itself to 'use' all 51 territories, and that it would take DB modification (gamedbd)... in order to utilize all 51 territories.

And who already convert client maps to server?

Vixio was right, after convert domain.data to domain.sev

TW will never can't bid anymore, and system always shout Teritorial War Rising Fund Has Begun and it always shouts everytime. and can't bid any land.
