yo... ronie... i already donwload the client frim ur server, it's working, and really GREAT....:thumbup::thumbup::thumbup:

now the problem is, how to change all password root & admin, and how to reset user password if their losing their password :?:

can u post a tutorial how to add an item to item mall, and change the cultivation and other tutorial about editing element client, if you have ur time:D:

How to add items to Itemmall:

Step 1:

First of all you have to make a list of the things you
want to add to the itemmall!

If you don't know the IDs of the items, you can easyly
look them up at:

http://pwdatabase.com

In the left-top corner you can see a button named "Items".
Click at that button to choose the type of item you are looking fore.

When u get alist of items of your choosed item type,
click at that item u want to be in your itemmall.

Now you can read all details about the item!

The ID of the item is the number at the end of the page url !!!

Step 2:

If you have enought item IDs, you can start to add the items to the
itemmall.

Download this tool to do so:

Step 3:

When u open the gshop editor it should look like this:

Open your gshop.data by clicking at :

(you can find your gshop.data at: PerfectWorld/element/data)

You can now see a list of the items in your itemmall.

To rename the tabs of your itemmall, simply click at tabs:

To add an item you click at:

Now you can see the added "new item" at the bottom of
the itemlist.

click at it too see the details of it.

Change the information to the one of your wanted item.

example:

You want to have:

So you have to type in:

(You don't have to type in anything at "Icon" and duration is allways 0)

Do that with every item u want to have in you personal itemmall.

Step 4:

Now you have to save your changes.
(at the client and at the server)

take the gshop.data of the client and of the server and put it in an temporary
file with two subfiles(client&server)

Now take the gshop.data of the client(perfectworld/element/data) and copy it to the client file
and take the gshop.data of the server(/PWServer/gamed/config/) and copy it to the server file.
(You should do a backup of both !!!)

Now you can click at :

and overwrite the client/server gshop.data

Step 5:

Now just put the client gshop.data to your client(perfectworld/element/data) and your server
gshop.data to your server(/PWServer/gamed/config/).

Restart ur server and your client and enjoy your new itemmall

ok i got it, but i dunno how to take out a file from VBOX image, i try to use a flash disk, but it's still can read mya flsh disk, and from network T_T i dunno the command on linux:*:

Ok I am having lots of fun with this server so thanks for that :)

But I have 2 questions.

Second: Why doesn't the cash shop work?

Everything else does but when I press "o" I get a message saying my client is out of date and I need to up date it.

Based on what I know so far I think that the gshop.data files are different resulting in it not working.

The obvious solution is to synchronize the files but I don't know how to do that lol.

I just want to make sure I'm right on this in case of something I'm missing lol




EDIT: And another question: how do I enable the fb79 dungeon? Because I want to do my cultivation quest and go to the heaven/hell worlds lol.

Hello all peoples :)

I'll start with this out of the way:
Host OS: Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit

Okies, now then, my problem:

1. Installed VirtualBox: Yes
2. Imported the VM: Yes
3. Started the start.sh thing: Yes* (The VM hates my keyboard; I had to use Shift+Tab to enter the / )
4. Connect to the webpage with http://192.168.0.50
=FAIL. Can't connect to any of the weblinks.

I suppose these are relevant:
Windows 7 claims no network access to the VirtualBox Host-Only network

Try using my ip change script or change it manually.

setup your VM box LAN like this:

IP Address: 192.168.1.50
Gateway: 192.168.1.1
Network: 192.168.1.0
Broadcast: 192.168.1.255

and for the dungeon you can open or close it in .start.sh edit it and if you want open the dungeon remove the "#" before the line and if you want close it just type the "#" before the line.

any one can help me when i transfer new elements.data to the servers i got this problem when i start the server:
"cannot log in into the game"
main world is loaded but why i can't enter with new elements data?:?:

1. Start WinSCP

3. Enter the informations of your server:
example:
Host:192.168.0.50
Username:root
Password:root
choose:SCP
it should look like this:

4. Click at "Save" and tick "save password". Hit "OK".

5. Now you can login.

!! If you get asked if you want to save/get the key/whatever say "yes"(sry, I don't haev that message)!!
6. (On the right side is your server and on the left your computer)

goto /PWserver/gamed/config and scroll down untill you see all ".data".(if you use Romulan's serverfiles

7.Just pull the gshop.data or whatever you want to the leftside(yourPC) or the ather way around, if you want to add a ".data" to the server.
(you althought just can pull it to your desktop or any other file if you don't have a WinSCP configuration with splitted screen)
