UPDATE: Can't transfer the script to the serv w/ WinSCP on account of "Connection timed out" no matter what I try and can't do it manually since the VM is not USA keyboard friendly.

I click the connect is a time to connect and then does not connect: S

You can't use WINSCP connect to VM Box, because you're are not in the same network.
You can do this, use Ultraiso to create an iso, put my scipt in there. The load it from VMBox.
in VMBox as root type follow:
1) mount /mnt/media/cdrom
2) cp -p /mnt/media/cdrom/ipchange.sh /root/ipchange.sh
3) cd /root
4) chmod 755 ipchange.sh
5) ./ipchange.sh
