PWD's tome/heaven book fix is slightly different than mine from what I noticed. For all of mine I went through and make them all as accurate as possible like I said before; if it said "+3 VIT" in the item description I made sure to do exactly +3 VIT if it was at all possible, however PWD uses the +3~4 VIT; which from what I know if you use a +x~x variable it changes every time you boot the server (and maybe also every time you exit and re-open the client, and or maybe even just re-logging), so that would make the item description incorrect whenever it randomly chooses the other number. There are a few that even I had to do that way, but only if it was absolutely necessary.

if you're talking about when you go to 'make' or 'craft' a tome, that is controlled (client side only) in list 53 => field 3
