HGN Full Client + CN Client Archive - [Updated 1/27/10]

This is the w2i installer for CN 1.2.6 shared by Visad....

Follow my steps and spoke because not running

Ok, installed the Base 1.2.6 CN, the Patch 1.3.4 to 1.3.6, set Client update and serverlist, etc
On Server side, changed all 192.168.12.200 for my Lan IP, used gamed.rar on data folder, "Updated Server/Client Side EL + gshop for translations/garbage"

Well, the Server is done and I see ON listed, but the Client in Maintence or outdated message, why ?
What database ? Using MySQL from Beastie ?

My confused: I have working Client My-En and Server 1.3.1 (Beastie)
Why I need to use Client 1.2.6 CN for 1.4.1 mod ? I can't use My-En and updates to 1.3.6 or other ?



Obs: "w2i 1.2.6 English Patch - Part 1 of 2.exe" not run on my PC

have done everything as you say, I have the files to the server, and already have the 1.3.6 client que ta ai up already downloaded it, so that when I go into the Server appears that server is down for maintenance, please login later! ! Anybody know why I appreciate that?

I am not 100% sure, but I am thinking this could be something to do with version numbers. Check to make sure (in glinkd) it's set to 10306 (for client 1.3.6) I have not had this problem so I am not 100% sure...

If you guys are editting these files and using my original files, then you should use Icefire Editor for opening the client and the server side. Short of Icefire editor, you should be using WMToolbox. Those two tools are the best in the bunch. You may have to buy icefire, but it is worth every penny.

Look in the Experience table, I don't have the files to edit anymore, but I think it was list 73? There are two levels Player and Pet levels. Change all pet EXP requirements to 1. Since the pet cannot be any higher then the player then there is no worry about the pet out leveling them. When you log in the pet will gain experience as before.

You edit the files and change the number from 192.168.12.200 to whatever you want/need. You can do this #grep -r "192.168.12.200" /path/to/server/files and then edit all the files it returns

i think there is something missing cultivation quest in task.data for Daimon Elder and Ether Immortal.

after i reach lvl 150, there is a popup, like this:

and i search in google "Perfect World Cultivation Quest lvl 150"

it's say meet kentavious, then i go there.

but not one quest in there about Cultivation Daimon Elder where is it go?

it should ask me to kill Beelzebub - Sacrilege Belial

and looks like the npcgen.data in the main world cannot edit with NpcGen v1.4_en.exe.

when iam using the old server, i can edit npcgen.data

is there that file have a different version with the old npcgen.data?

Problem solve, it's not compatible, but there is an NPC not get in or remove in EL 1.4

so i must remove the NPC that not in the EL 1.4 ^_^

there is so much quest and skill can't be use (eg. Daimon Elder/Ether Imortal quest, and some of Prime imortal and daimon baresark skill cannot use.

i think the problem is from server not the client.

i hope someone can fix this.

So far the only problems I have incurred are that the graphics for the "Black Hole" ("Daevas" / PWi) and the "Armageddon" ("Nakir's Judgement" / PWi) are non existent

Well I have fixed this with a GFX and MODELS repack from a previous client that I had (I think it was an original 1.2.6 patched to 1.3.1 from PW MY EN). I have not been able to fully investigate what else this repack has or may effected but I am currently uploading my repacks so they will be available for all.

Just so it's known how I did it:
I took my old client and this (HGN) client and extracted the gfx and models pcks of both. I merged the older on top of the newer overwriting anything that was a duplicate and repacked.

did you get a missing animation with Beastial Transform to Tiger?

and some flying tools for elf and warebest doesn't have animation.

i think this is a vital losing part animation for this client.
