I think its no problem to just rip out the radiobutton. Howto:

1. Open the old interfaces.pck
2. use the Perfect Hammer to break out the radiobutton files
3. give them to Charr next to Temple of Orchid so he can chew on them a bit to make them fit
4. put them into the new interface pck
5. remove remaining teeth of Charr

Hyper EXP Stone is useless on our server. I think i'll replace the function of the button by the button of the radio...
