Re: [Release] Patch builder
lol hrace we agree with ya and ya when someone gives ya something and says not to share. always a wise thing to do. unless you have permission to do so.
as for this topic i beleive it should be closed cuz its a useless topic now that dude stopped sharing it.
Re: [Release] Patch builder
Im sure Luke won't even care about it being released now anyways, so many people have it who shouldn't have it and well file transfers between one another isn't exactly stone age shit so in the long run his work is out there without credit, I will speak to Luke and ask for permission to release this so he can at least gain credit in that respect.

good idea man. ya if ya can get his permission that would be cool this way dude can get credit for it.
Re: [Release] Patch builder
Luke did many things that no one ever thanked him for, i personally had that builder (if it was that little nice java tool) and it worked fine to a certain extent (rare base64 charset issues)If its still the same, and the charset stuff has not been fixed to match the patcher perfectly it's still a risk to use it, you might end up with corrupt pck that crashes your client (example: santa pills, archer version, do have a default ecm path that messes with this patchbuilder)

1. your files are just simply broken
2. this has nothing to do with this Patch builder release and belongs to a differend thread.
Re: [Release] Patch builder

Don't share it...how would you like it if you were the creator of that tool?
Also, rageshit doesn't deserve that tool to be free.
Re: [Release] Patch builder
And manual patches can be done if you search a little :p

 Ragezone is awesome. :ott:
Everything i know has come from reading through these posts and without all the wonderful people here and their input i would have no idea or at least it would have taken a lot longer to learn and work out.
Its from the generosity and good hearts of people that my awesome server is truly awesome.
Oneday i would like to give back to ragezone and make a release but im still learning and have a long way to go.
Love to ragezone for all the giving. Keep up the good works peoples. :w00t:

We all learned off of Ragezone. But, Ragezone doesn't deserve this tool. Someone spent hours of work on that tool...
Re: [Release] Patch builder
I dont know what people deserve and dont deserve because i would never attempt to judge someones worth here.
Ive spent hours and hours programming sometimes the smallest things and it goes totally un-noticed so i know what thats like to put hours into something and just give it away.
More tools the better i think...whats the harm anyway, at the end of the day its just a program amongst many.
Hell and tommy goose guts you may even find that you dont even want it when you have it haha.
Ah well respect to the dude that created it but none the less i will still seek it out.
You know how it is..curiosity and the search for knowledge is a never ending pursuit that knows no boundaries.

It would be smarter to PM someone who has it or the original owner, if you get my drift
