Clientside *.pck extractor
Usage:
1.Extract to element folder.
2. go to cmd
3.Extract - pwpack -x {filename} (ex. pwpack -x configs.pck)
4.Compress - pwpack -c {filename} {folder} (ex. pwpack -c configs.pck configs.pck.files)

Noob here.
I'm not able to follw the instructions (simple as they seem) given.
I go to cmd and type pwpack -x filename.pck but it doesn't extract.
Please help.
