About perfect timing:
Actually in .txt configs of smiles these correct timing, BUT it is chinese timing. To make it normal we need just ro multiply CH timing to 1.6 (I found this number after about 20 measurements).
For example:
We have timing like these
after multiplying it to 1.6 we haveCode:3 3 3 6
Then we need to divide it to 10, and we will haveCode:4.8 4.8 4.8 9.6
And we have formula:Code:0.48 0.48 0.48 0.96
Code:CHTiming*0.16=NormalTiming

Oh yeah, to make .gif smiles I using just PhotoShop with DDS plugin. In PhotoShop I delete Alpha chanel, and then just cut cut picture to frames.

I knew that some other smileys existed but most of them either seem to fast or too slow to me.
I used GIMP with the GAP plugin for my animations. The GAP plugin allows me to detatch the animation from GIMP and place it anywhere on my screen. I placed it next to the chatbox of my pw client and compared both animations. I would then adjust the timings to either speed up or slow down the animation.
Since I was adjusting the timings by sight they will never be perfect. What I also discovered when I had done most of them was that the animations in the client aren't perfect either. In fact they quite often skip frames which gives the illusion of a being random. This is why I added extra frames to the burnt tiger as I couldn't make out the movement pattern ingame. While most of them are as accurate as my eyes would allow, I adjusted others to what I thought looked better (eg the Leave tiger smiley). Ingame this was way to fast and almost ended up just being a rapidly flashing tiger when it skipped frames. I deliberately slowed this smiley down so that it doesn't flash as often and you can clearly see the lines as it moves off the screen.
Thanks for the timing info. I will keep that in mind next time I attempt this.
As for not being able to post images, RaGEZONE only accepts images from popular image sharing sites like photobucket and tinypic. So you can't post images from other forums or some images sharing sites.

I believe visads files had an octopus set which I liked. There was also so other random set I had at one point. One of the smileys was bats but idk what the rest were.
