Jdk1.6.0_18-rpm.bin (or something similar should be on the link when you choose your OS Version.

Just run the bin file. You dont actually need an rpm. You can use a bin or even just untar a tarball to /usr/java and then update your paths.

Its not that hard. You will also need to use jdk1.5.0_XX for xml mode on your iweb/pwAdmin if you plan on doing xml editing

Check that it did actually install java to /usr/java/1.6.0_18/ and not to root or some other place.

Also there maybe other files related to auth or in the auth folder that you need to fix the java paths in.

And in answer to your other question about the launcher, make a shortcut to elementclient.exe and add the following after it.

game:cpw console:1

This will allow you to start from the elementclient.exe and enable the developers console.

I wasnt planning to start translating it yet. I have other things I would rather work on and get finished first. My approach to this would be to open up the configs.pck and interfaces.pck as I believe the files are in either of those that need translating. I was planning on using google translate. I also dont think you need to hire anyone to this. It shouldnt be too hard.

Type follow in SSH (putty)after login

vi or nano (with what one u can better work, i used vi ^.^)

root@PW-Server:/etc/network# vi interfaces

change ips and network gateway etc with Aringaso 1st post
then save changes and u return to etc/network

root@PW-Server:~# cd ..

vi (or nano) resolv.conf

change ur DNS
save changes then reboot server with

root@PW-Server:/etc# reboot

after the reboot login and test ur connection e.g with
ping heise.com or goggle.ce
if u become follow back ur connection is ok

Post more information please. We cant solve the problem with what you have provided us with. You think its a network problem so please post your network config and anything else you think might help. The more information the better. Just saying "help me" isnt going to get anywhere and is probably why no one has responded with a solution yet.

i´ll hope i have time @ Weekend so i will posting a little tut for Aringasos VM-ware. in advance i say i used Main Host server (extern get from NGZ) an Linux Debian Lenny 64bit Server, on this startup VMware (Aringasos server build = ubuntu) My PW server work in closed Guild beta Phase. So i can Post somthing what i changed and made to work this server.
