All of the links are working fine, the client hasn't been provided here (only replace folder and server files as far as I can see)

The only "stable" bolas ver. on right now is this one, other ones are either dead or way buggy.

Yes you can change language of client, just change the language setting inside game files (use the replace tool for that).
that version already got 3 original languages internal (KR,EN,GB ~not sure but jp too~)
