A Manual Patcher? All you need to do to have people patch is give them the new files and have them drag it in their folder. Then have them replace the old ones. All done and patched.

It sounds simple yet there some people who can't do that. They somehow do something wrong. A patcher is a bit more neat then just downloading files, though.

OT: You could try something like Advanced Installer 8.7. As much as I know it makes installers and I believe if you change any files you can make a patcher with it.

If people mess up dragging and dropping files, they shouldn't be on a computer.

That's not patching, that's file replacement and there is a reason it isn't suitable for updating large data files.
