i replaced that file, but when i try to get the level up, there is no effect, my character just stand there and get the level up..

Hey, when I download it, I only get the .img.xml file.
I can replace that with the old .img.xml file in the server wz effects folder

But how can I convert that .img.xml file into a .wz file for the client side??

Because the effect doesn't work just with the .img.xml file.
