[Help]Javac is not recognized as a internal command

So I am not having this issue on my pc, and I have before and I have fixed it... I just cant remember exactly how. I also think by posting this here it will be beneficial for the pokemon development community because 70% of the problems here are Javac problems.

    Here is what went down.

I packed up my client and sent it to my friend to see if he could connect to the server via lan. But every time he opens it it immediately closes. Giving the error i listed.

I had him uninstall JRE6 and reinstall it yet he has the issue still. I would appreciate help :)

I suggest to get Jdk7 and Jre7. THey're the newest.I just don't know how to set the path, it might be my only problem.

Naked your post was not necessary. The problem has been fixed and a tutorial has been posted.
