[Help] Pokenet

Hi there everyone. I'm planning on developing Pokenet. I'm not too familiar with this source, though I've worked with Java in the past.

I'm wondering if someone could answer a couple of the question I have regarding Pokenet.

1.) Where are the buttons at the screen handled? I want to change them up a bit and I can't find the file that declares the coordinates.

2.) I've looked at the data files and I plan on adding some new Pokemon by hand. Could someone explain this process?
