hi im new to this and i just set up a "server" to try but i cant make a account so if you could help me out i used [Guide]PokeNet Server Setup and the Navicat program. please any help would be grate. thank you

Have you configured the "Servers.txt" file correctly with your servers IP address? (If you only wanna play with yourself, it should be 127.0.0.0)

127.0.0.1

(Your servers.txt in the "res" folder should look like this)
