Need help creating a unique Pokemon MMO !

Im a skilled graphic designer, i have a lot of knowlegde of both pokemon mmo's and graphic design..
I have freshly ideas to create a unique and addict Pokemon MMO game. But i only can help in the graphic part of the game cause i have no experience in programing.

So im here to gather a team to develop a Pokemon game. I need someone to help me, someone who have experience on programing, and time!..

The main concepts that i wanna keep is..
-build all the graphic part from scratch
-use the classic 2d style of pokemon
-Create our own world of Pokemon.
