Need help with pokemon editing.

Hello there, i have just decided to get back into pokemon in the last few months after seeing how x and y will look but in between pokemon ruby/sapphire/emerald and black2/white2 i missed out on alot of mystery events and was wondering if there was a way to initiate my own mystery events (i can look up the proper stats of the mystery event pokemon if i need to make those from scratch) but i dont want to just use the standard hacking format of importing pokemon through gts dns changes as you can tell they are hacked and not real mystery event pokemon just by looking at the OT details. any and all advice would be awesome if possible include either the name of the tool you use or even better a link.
