Needed: Mod for new server

Hi, I'm looking for a coder and/or moderator for a server I'm strongly considering setting up for this.

Basically, I want to have this game up for play on my site: but I don't have too much time to be setting up the files, between computer and system repair for people, and programming/running my site.
