Pokenet Server file in linux ?

Hello do you know if pokenet files or pokemonium server function on linux?I do not know how to start the server under my debian vps.

It's coded in Java so it should run fine on any OS, just install jdk/jre and launch the server/game with the java parameters in the terminal

Hello,As a result of my research the server works very well under linux from a graphical environment, I simply create a .sh file, but now is it possible to launch the server without the configuration window? so directly from the terminal?
For vps linux and no desktop and graphique mode.
