Just link to the PHP file that needs to be executed and how often...
I guess I'm just an idiot, but I've got the files in my folder linked to apache, and apache and php installed. my database was populated with the .sql file in the folder. I also edited the config.php with my database information. When I load into my IP for the webpage, nothing loads. Then if I just open up the index.php with web browser, I see a bunch of code over a blue background (part of the webpage).
If it is indeed because I'm just retarded please disregard this post. If it was a very simple messup, I would like to know about it :)
I'm having a little trouble with "You're banned" message.
When I tried at a free host, it didn't happen. But now that I've uploaded the same files on a paid host, after my registration (when you'll get the pokemons with Prof. Oak), I got banned =|
Tried clearing my cache and I'm still banned.
Any solutions?

Hillbilly, just wanted to post back and let you know you were right. Thanks a lot man I'm one step closer to having it working properly. (I think :P)
Now for some reason when I enter in my registration information it says accepted, but nothing is entered into the datebase. And login doesn't work, says unknown user. I edited the config.php with my database information.
