You have to make php.ini in htdocs folder OR if you use xampp or similar there is PHP folder (not inside www/htdocs) folder.

No i didnt do anything i import the database and fix the config files that all, i use wamp.

No i didnt do anything i import the database and fix the config files that all, i use wamp.

Why you don't use a free web hosting? I think is better than a localhost

Beginner guide

1. Extract the files on your www folder which has apache with php.
2. Edit config.php & config_new.php @ includes folder. (Set the SQL connection information)
3. Execute the SQL file which is located at POKESQL-DONOT-UPLOAD folder to your desired database.
