[Release] WoP(Moves/Pokemon fixed)

Here's the release of WoP with the moves and pokemon working.
Haven't worked on any scripts yet but I will probably update this post after I add a few things like trainer battles/ect.

I just fixed the issues people were having with reading data so you can mess around with it.
