Ragezone IRC server Q&A + How to

As the major announcement states we have our very own little irc server up and running, it would be ace to see a lot of you guys hang on there also, to share the fun and LuLz ofcoz

so i decided to make a small how to on connecting to this server.

First you will need an IRC client (mirc or anything else you desire)

Now open up your client and fill in your info. can be imaginary or what ever you please

Type in /server irc.ragezone.com
Thus you will join in the server

Join the main room ragezone by typing /j #ragezone

and that is that.


a small feature guide to the server.

The server is dedicated with 24/7 uptime
Does have a nickserv and a chanserv

Nickserv.: A server instance which basically manages accounts on the irc server, thus enabling you to be the only user with the name you register with it

To get some info on the feature type in /msg NickServ HELP

Chanserv is a feature that enables you to register your own channels inside of IRC. Granting you exclusive rights in that room for more info on this type in /msg ChanServ HELP
