Hi, RaGEZONE IRC is now online and you may chat using our servers!
What is RaGEZONE irc you may ask? Simply, its an internet relay chat, or simply a chat room, you may sign on and chat in the #RaGEZONE room to discuss RaGEZONE happening or join one of our server help rooms such as #muonline or create your very own chat room for anything!!
To access the server, you requires MIRC, which you may download HERE , and HERE is a picture on how to setup MIRC to connect.

Registering your name, because, your identity is important!
Everyone has his or her own name , an identity, so this is were we can take advantage of the IRC feature, with the following simple steps you can create your own name for your use and your use only.
Simple type the following once connected to irc.ragezone.com
an example of this would be/nickserv REGISTER password emailaddress
A little confirmation message should appear if so congratulations, it worked, if any error happened simply type /nickserv register help for extra help./nickserv REGISTER ragezone mrmental@gay.com[/EMAIL">mrmental@gay.com"]mrmental@gay.com
Well congratulations, your name is registered, but this is very important to remember, every time your signing on to the irc you must provide the server your password, this can be done via simply typing
Replacing password with the password used when creating your username, a confirmation should appear and woola, done :P/identify password

So how do i join a channel?
Before you ask, a channel is another name for a room, in irc lingo they use many different terms for such things, this being one, you can join any channel you like simply by typing
#RaGEZONE being the default channel of the server and the home channel of the forum./join #RaGEZONE
You may view a list of all created chat rooms on the server by simply typing
OK, but how the hell do i create my own channel?/list
Easy tiger :P, so you want your own chat room? Sure why not, if you run a server or want a private area for any reasons this would be perfect for you, simply use the following commands.
Replace RoomName with the name of the room you wish to create, remember # is required!/j #RoomName
Once joined you will notice that you have a @ on your name, this indicates operator status (aka, channel boss), witht his you may kick ban op or deop users and much more.
Now, the reason you have to register your room is once you leave, anyone can join and claim it so lets register it with this command!!!
Take note and edit #roomname to the name of the room you joined, password as the master password of the room incase any highjacking accures so you can reset, and description to desribe the type of room it is./chanserv register #RoomName password description
Would be a working example :P , now you will recieve confirmation, want to see why this is important? remember when we said before if you left any one can join and take the rooms status and be op, now simply type/chanserv register #RaGEZONE ragezone The official IRC RZ chat
to leave the room and do/part
And notice its exactly as you left it, but remember, you can personalise it by simply double clicking the chat area and editing the subject to how you see fit!!!/join #RoomName
But how do i let other users have control of my room?
Good question, the perks of this is that if you have trusty friends , staff or are a team, you may all have @ op status therefor your able to control the room more, to do this you must be the channel room owner and type the following command.
Remember, be careful who you add, as they can lock the room and you wont be able to reclaim it until i do my magic , lol./chanserv aop #roomname add username
Auto ops Sipher on the room #RaGEZONE everytime he identifys him and joins :P/chanserv aop #RaGEZONE add Sipher
That is a very basic guide to using IRC and its a great way to communicate, but dont let it get in the way of the forums topic posts though :P

Feel free to create your own chat room for others to use, if you run your own online server, use the RZ irc server as your own chat server for your own personal room :P, we allways like many users who contribute and show support.

- You may not use the server to run , load any BOTNET, ZOMBIES or any material related to such mensioned.
- If your in any legal assosiation with any of the game titles mensioned, you nave no rights to demand information from any of the members involved.
- Max of 2 connections per IP, one normal one bot, no multiple clones or you will be banned from all services.
- You may not spam, induce spam, or flame any member or staff, if you wish to flame a member on the irc, then join a private channel, never bring it to the attension of anyone else.
These are a few rules, follow them and you will be able to access the server as much as you want.
