what do i need to add to RefInstance_World_Start_Pos?

I'm not getting anywhere on this, I keep getting issues with loading the region. RefBindAssocServer "ARABIA_TOWN" 1 = REGIONMGR failed to load 21850(x:90, z:85) region which is needed to load the arabia map.

If I rename it to ARABIA_TOWN_01 it works without a problem, but I can't go to the map/

lol still no one has posted the refregion lines
