    idea What things must be taken in mind to make a job-anticheat?

    What things must be taken in mind to make a job-anticheat? That's the right question

    Suppose the data we have are:
    - IP of each character
    - total kills in a month,week,day,hour
    - last kill of each character
    - job of each character
    - kills of specific character(blabla kill 5 times lalala)

    Anything else ? IDK i have to take a look into the event ids, if someone can give more info it will be nice
    (i.e: When you buy the goods (goods itemrefids logeventitem operation 32 ?¿) i have to play around and post more info about it

    What we can do ?
    DC a Char
    PM from a BOT (i.e give a warning alert)
    Move a char
    Ban

    What we have to check ?

    you mean job war cheats? or trade run cheats?
    job war is tricky, but something you can "filter" is the lvl.
    lets say a lvl 60 thief kills a lvl 10 hunter = the kill is not count (for top lists and rewards, if your server have that system, ofc)
    any kill lower then 6 lvls = no point
    so killing low lvl traders, hunters really dont meant a lot (only to lvl up the "thief" , but uselles for top 10 job killers or things like that)

    about bot traders, wel, that was super easy on my server, any type of boting = account banned
    you only need active gms pming online players, if no reply summon one or 2 ice spiders to freeze him, last resort, tele him around
    if the player continue trading/grinding/jobing and still no reply/ignore freezing mobs/teleporting = dc the char
    if logs back and continue... goodbye
    but that was my server and my rules

    I already have an event that is jobwar with corresponding filters.
    For example:
    if (IPWinner =IPLoser)
    if (LevelWinner> =LevelLoser + 9)
    Kill per day
    etc

    Btw
    I mean the trade between cities. For example to avoid farm gold between traders and thiefs, or hunters added to the party at the end, when they were not in the trade. What things that provide the database you take into consideration to make a "system", im searching "variables", data to work with.

    I think like you, the best system is ourselves but you know ... making easier the life of the gamemasters is pretty nice

    about trades yeah, i dont think you can block hunter out of the pt when they were not in the trade
    same here "For example to avoid farm gold between traders and thiefs"

    automatic is really hard (and maybe cant be done at all)
    how a query or even a program know if the trader is a noob or is gold farming with the thief?

    maybe a "flag" system? like if the same thief kills the same trader x or more times, send a flag to gms to go and check what is happening? idk, is an idea

    If you show the latest kills statistics on the web available to all players, no one will risk cheating.
