Nice, if these are certainly the files you say they are. I'll find my "SilkroadOnlinevGlobalOfficial_v1.170.exe" client and upload it. They should be perfect for these files! :)

Haven't been able to login yet, but if you use jSRO 90 cap database you can run the files.
The cert is confusing with this, so I haven't used it yet.

Did you tryed JSRO client?
The files seems running fine with Jsro database, but client crash right after I hit login button. I am not sure if this client works with those files.
Its, becouse this is not Isro GS :-).
From cert i think its ID 17 so Japan TestLocal. But im not sure. Maybe is it id 1 so Silkroad DEV that means Korea client needed that i think is impossible to find.

I compared binaries size and they are same as JSRO. So nothing special, just JSRO as i think at first look.
