You need to play with _AddLogChar SP, it's simply stated that level condition is "=":
I don't see something in between, 58? it's not there, so you have to play with that statement, but BE VERY CAREFUL, if you put something like "<" or ">" you might get auto-equiped at every level. hey witchymoo, that procedure you did for arrows and bolts doesnt work, i tried it on a sword and shield chinese char and it freezes on the loading screen and SR_GameServer has "Stockable Item count is 0!! [StorageType: 0, Slot: 7, CodeName: ITEM_ETC_AMMO_ARROW_01]" so it's still trying to add it to characters its not suppose to.
Edit: Found another issue, in the code you put in for the itemdata_45000.txt, you mistyped the code wrong for the description. You have "SN_ITEM_GM_GEAR_COUPON_TT_DESC" instead of "SN_ITEM_EVENT_AUTOEQUIP_COUPON_TT_DESC"

Hey there, about the arrows/bolt, change the stack of "250" to your maximum stack (try 50 or 100), perhaps it's different from mine, you can see the MaxStack from _RefObjItem: (Do check your Media as well for this MaxStack, your media must match the db otherwise the client will crash)
