    I know this thread its old ,but i like to show you better solution.Empty table '_ResetSiegeFortressStruct ' and execute the stored procedure _ResetSiegeFortress .This will reset and rebuild '_ResetSiegeFortressStruct ' table with the values from your DB.
    (Its tested on BR files only!)
